Pasta pesto with oven dried tomatoes, crispy bread crumbs and lots of parmesan! Pesto is quite handy since it can be made on whatever nuts you have in the pantry. This time I used walnuts, almonds and some pumpkin seeds. Here's how you make it! To Made a lot of pickled gherkin this year!
